Custom Bumpers for 2nd Generation Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, ’94 thru ’02:

My bumpers are fabricated from laser-cut 3/16" steel plate and include the factory mounting brackets. They are MIG welded inside and out, and most visible welds are ground smooth. A flush-mounted 2" receiver, heavy-duty D-rings, and primer finish are standard. The price is $500 + freight. You can have it painted to match your truck or I can have it powdercoated gloss black for $200 extra.

I have found by accident that my bumpers are deer-proof, at least up to 55 mph and a 100# deer - no damage to the truck, just moved the bumper a little in the bolt slots. Installation is easier than unbolting the factory bumper. This is not a true winch bumper like ProZap or Reunel, but I don't think many people need to carry a winch all the time.

There is no need for suspension upgrades as the bumper weighs 100#. Sorry, but I don't offer a grill guard, as I have yet to see a design that looks good on the Ram. The tow hooks on your truck can stay right where they are - my bumper doesn't affect them. My bumpers don’t affect your snow plow mounts either.

I build the bumper to order and ask for a 50% deposit. You pay the other 50% when the bumper is ready to ship. You can pay the freight collect upon delivery or pay me the estimated freight up front.
